At EverHive, people are our purpose.

That’s why the health and safety of our people—be it our employees, our vendor partners, or the wider contingent workforce family—is our top priority. That’s why we are taking expensive measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19. The global pandemic has changed the world of business. After 2020, we’re still navigating the landscape and strive to provide our clients with the most up to date information.

The following is a brief overview of our current policies surrounding coronavirus safety.

Work from Home
EverHive empowers its employees to work from home and has provided them the technology and support they need to ensure their remote work experience is a seamless one.

Healthy Work Environment
For those employees who wish to work in-house, we will enforce enhanced environmental hygiene measures to keep them safe, including the use of masks, social distancing, and frequent hand washing.

Travel Restrictions
At EverHive, we have suspended all international travel and non-essential domestic travel to prevent the spread of coronavirus and employees who choose to travel to high-risk countries or who have been exposed to COVID-19 will be required to self-quarantine.

Business Continuity
We are working hard to ensure that our business—and our clients’ businesses—run smoothy, and we are continuing to adjust our business continuity plans as needed.

Client Resource Center
We have developed a free client resource center to provide you with up-to-date information on EverHive’s response to COVID-19, as well as other pandemic-related information that could help in managing your business in this unprecedented time.

At EverHive, we will continue to adjust our internal policies regarding coronavirus as expertise from local health organizations and state/federal guidance continues to evolve.

Thank you for your support, and stay safe.

Helpful Tips for COVID-19 Prevention

Covid3.jpg

From what we know, prevention and awareness are key to minimizing exposure and preventing the spread of colds, the flu, and COVID-19.

Below are some important tips and preventative measures you can take right now to minimize risk and exposure:

    • WASH YOUR HANDS frequently with soap and water. This is one of the best ways you can protect yourself from the spread of germs. If you don’t have access to soap and water, use hand sanitizer instead.

    • WEAR A MASK.

    • AVOID TOUCHING YOUR FACE (eyes and nose in particular) with your hands.

    • When you or your loved ones are sick, STAY HOME from work and school.

    • AVOID OTHERS WHO ARE SICK, unless absolutely necessary (i.e. you are a member of the healthcare community or are caring for a loved one).

    • If traveling, wipe down surrounding areas, seats and/or tray tables with DISINFECTANT WIPES before using them.

As always, our commitment is to continue to deliver excellent service while communicating transparently about our capabilities during this time.
