If you choose to transition the program to an Internally Managed Program (IMP), our guarantee is that you will be set up within 3 years to do so. There is never a requirement for you to move to an IMP. We’ll be here as long as you need us to continuously evolve your program.

STEP 3 - If you decide to self-manage at some point in the future, when you are ready, we’ll pass you the keys—including onsite resources, without restrictions—so that your program continues to operate without a glitch.
