David Ballew provides global contingent workforce and MSP solutions design to companies across the globe. The recruitment industry recognizes David for his strength in managed service provider strategy, creative thought leadership, global operational excellence, and successful business development. David is the founder of MSP GURU.

For over 25 years, David has focused on managed service provider (MSP) and contingent workforce solutions. David’s leadership experience spans the globe, including operations in North America, Europe, and most recently, consultative business development in EMEA/APAC. He has visited over 80 countries and is culturally aware and considered by many in the industry as the go-to for global initiatives.

Previously, David held leadership positions at Geometric Results, Inc.  (a subsidiary of MSX International/Bain Capital) and served at Kelly Services, Inc. for six years where he led in the creation of Kelly’s first managed service provider solution.

Ballew holds a bachelor’s degree from Regent’s University in London, UK, studied law and business management in the United States, and holds numerous industry certifications.

Mark Zisholtz

Mark Zisholtz is partner at Baker & Hostetler, LLP for their Labor and Employment Group and serves as General Counsel for EverHive.  As a co-founder of an international recruiting company, former vice president and general counsel of a $600 million staffing and alternative workforce supplier, and former employment partner and head of contingent labor at a national law firm, Mark Zisholtz is no stranger to complex human resources and employment issues. His practice is noted for its focus on contingent labor, temporary staffing and alternative workforce arrangements, and he is frequently sought after for both his management team and executive level representation, and his expertise on corporate and private equity transactions. Additionally, Mark provides day-to-day traditional employment counseling, as well as General Counsel services for select clients.

Mark is also a leading authority on independent contractors and payrolling of temporary W-2 workers, addressing matters from compliance through strategic engagement. He regularly speaks across the country on a wide variety of employment law and contingent labor matters. Michelle Cox

Michelle Cox serves as Executive Vice President of Client and Supplier Success with EverHive and is the Founder and CEO of Believe in You Coaching, LLC.

Michelle is responsible for creating and managing the Contingent Workforce Supplier and Client strategy to drive partnership, cost savings, compliance and risk avoidance.  Previous to taking this role, Michelle led the strategy and implementation of the Contingent Workforce program at U.S. Cellular, as well as the start-up and management of multiple call centers across the globe with recent efforts in countries like Nicaragua, El Salvador, and Jamaica. She has over 20 years of executive experience, building and leading teams of all sizes from the ground up, with documented success in delivering long-term results.

Kanita Brown

Kanita Brown provides contingent workforce advisory services and has strategically managed $1B+ spend in large organizations. She leverages her years of buy-side experience with large organizations to present meaningful solutions to clients by leading and supporting them through the process of implementing, managing and optimizing their Contingent Workforce programs.  She is Managing Partner of KH Brown Solutions.

Kanita is adept in developing and executing strategies, reducing cost for indirect services (HR, Business Services, Professional Services), streamlining supply base and simplifying work processes that exceed customer requirements. She is an intuitive leader with strong ability to build relationships while establishing structure and ensuring quality. She has served as the lead for high performing programs at Procter & Gamble and Halliburton.
